What is AutHUMate?
AutHUMate (Adaptive User Training & HUMan-Technology Interaction Strategy for Enhanced Traffic SafEty) is a Horizon Europe innovation project focused on making advanced driving assistance and partial automation safer, more inclusive, and easier to use.

As vehicles become increasingly automated, one critical challenge remains: human behaviour.
The project develops adaptive interaction strategies that respond to the driver’s condition, surrounding environment, and real-time context. It helps drivers make safer decisions and interact more effectively with vehicle automation.
